2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your professional background
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information or employment status

2.2 Professional Conduct

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own interview performance and final hiring decisions
• You will not misrepresent your qualifications or experience to potential employers

2.3 Cooperation Requirements

• Active participation in the service process as outlined in your service agreement
• Timely review and approval of work products
• Adherence to agreed-upon communication schedules and processes

3 Payment Terms

3.1 Fees and Billing

• All fees are specified in your individual service agreement
• Payment schedules vary by service type (monthly subscriptions, one-time payments, or milestone-based)
• All payments are due according to the terms specified in your service agreement

3.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all agreed-upon fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved

3.3 Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy

6 Intellectual Property

• You receive unlimited usage rights to all materials created specifically for your use
• We retain rights to our proprietary methods, processes, and general business practices

6.2 Company Intellectual Property

• CareerBooster.ai name, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary processes remain our exclusive property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials
• Our methods and processes are confidential and proprietary business information

7 Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, recruiters, or hiring managers

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet or technology failures
• Economic downturns affecting the job market

8 Termination

8.1 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination
• We will provide any completed work products
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

8.2 Effect of Termination

• Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued prior to termination
• You retain ownership of work products created for you and paid for prior to termination
• Both parties remain bound by confidentiality obligations

9 Dispute Resolution
